All orders placed through rippletea.com are processed with a very short turnaround time and hence cancellation of orders are not possible.
Returns will be accepted only for quality concerns or damage of items in transit. Concerns should be raised to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt with details of the order. In case of qualitative inferiority of product, total value of the product as well as courier charges borne by customer will be refunded back to customer account.
Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be replaced by us on receipt of the damaged product. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.
